摘  要:为探讨优势微生物菌剂对深网网纹甜瓜生长以及品质的影响,以‘维蜜’和‘比美’为试材,选择枯草芽孢杆菌(M9、B29)、特锐菌和酵素(DT-01)为处理,不施菌剂为对照,比较菌剂对土壤菌群变化的影响,以及对深网网纹甜瓜田间生理指标、SPAD值、产量以及品质指标的影响。结果表明,酵素处理(DT-01)对土壤菌群变化的影响最大,且处理后植株叶片数、叶片面积和株高的生长量最大,果实外观和口感品质最好,而特锐菌处理后茎粗生长量最大。综合比较认为,种植深网网纹甜瓜最佳的微生物菌剂为酵素(DT-01)。Taking’Weimi’and’Bimei’as the test materials, three experimental groups were set up to apply Bacillus subtilis(M9 and B29), TrianumTMand enzyme(DT-01), and water was used as control, to compare the effects of the microbial agents on the soil microbes, and the field physiological indexes, the SPAD value, yield and quality of netted melon. The results showed that after the application of enzyme(DT-01), the change of soil bacteria was the biggest, the plant leaf number, leaf area and plant height were the highest, and the fruit appearance and taste quality were the best. However, after the application of TrianumTM, the plant stem diameter was higher than that of other groups. According to the comprehensive comparison, enzyme(DT-01) is the best microbial agents for netted melon.
