摘  要:设计了冶金污秽老化试验装置,研究在SO2气体环境中涂覆不同等级冶金污秽的室温硫化硅橡胶(room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber,RTV-SR,简称RTV)样品的老化特性。采用静态接触角法、扫描电镜技术(scanning electron microscope,SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(Fourier translation infrared,FTIR)和硬度测试对试验后的RTV特性进行测试。结果表明:试验后的RTV样品憎水性均略微下降,在恢复期间,憎水角呈先增大再减小并逐步趋于平稳的趋势。随着污秽中的冶金污秽积污密度增加,憎水性有轻微上升趋势,这可能是蚀损形成的粗糙表面造成的。RTV老化样品的Si-CH3基团及其他官能团吸收波峰峰强都降低。试验后所有RTV样品表面都观察到部分凸起和小凹坑,老化程度严重的还有明显条状蚀损痕迹,硬度值也都变大。A metallurgical contamination aging test device was designed to study the aging characteristics of samples coated with different grades of metallurgically contaminated room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber(RTV-SR,RTV for short)in SO2 gas environment.The performance of RTV samples were tested by using static contact angle,scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy and hardness test.The results showed that the hydrophobicity of the RTV samples decreased slightly after the test.During the recovery period,the contact angle increased first,then decreased,and gradually stabilized.As the metallurgical pollution density in the soil increased,the contact angle increased slightly,which might be caused by the rough surface formed by erosion.The crest and intensities of the absorption peak of the Si-CH3 group and other functional groups in RTV samples decreased slightly after the test.Bumps and small pits were observed on the surface of all RTV samples,and even obvious strips of erosion marks were observed on the seriously aged samples.The hardness values of the samples also decreased after the test.
