摘　　要：上海电视的革新具有鲜明的时代性、中国特色和上海特点,为大众传播研究显示了一个不同体制下传媒发展的新模式。改革开放时期的政治经济转型赋予上海电视重大的机遇,从新闻改革、文化创新、商业运营模式到人事改革等诸多方面一系列的改革创新,使它实现了全方位的突破,从而成为社会功能齐全的大众传媒,具有巨大的社会影响力。上海电视是中国传媒崛起的一个具有引领性意义的典范。The innovative reform of Shanghai TV has distinctive particularity of times,Chinese features,and Shanghai characteristics,which explains a new mode of media development under different systems for mass communication.The political and economic transition during the reform and opening-up period has given Shanghai TV a great opportunity.A series of innovative reforms ranging from news reforms,cultural innovations,business operation models to personnel reforms have helped Shanghai TV achieve all-round breakthroughs,thus turning itself into one of the fully functional mass media,and exerting huge social influence.Shanghai TV is a leading model of the newly emerging Chinese media.
