摘　　要：目的了解四川省的地级市州疾病预防控制中心(以下简称“疾控中心”)消毒工作能力现状,分析查找制约和影响消毒技术能力发展的原因,为提高地级市州疾控中心消毒技术能力提供依据。方法2018/05-08设计制作统一的调查表,发放至四川省全部21个市(州)级疾病预防控制中心,调查内容包括:机构和消毒工作部门基本情况、消毒相关实验室情况、工作开展情况等。比较四川省5个经济区市(州)级疾控中心消毒能力差别。结果履行消毒相关工作职责的部门平均配备专业技术人员6人,均兼职开展消毒工作;实验室平均指派2人兼职开展消毒相关检验工作,开展常规消毒检验项目平均不足60%(12/21);全省仅半数市(州)级疾控中心仍在坚持开展消毒相关监测工作;5个经济区间消毒技术能力差距明显。结论四川省的市(州)级疾控中心存在消毒技术能力不足、专业性不强,工作开展不充分,缺乏项目和资金支持,地区差异明显等问题,需要积极采取措施提升消毒技术能力,使其在疾病预防控制工作中发挥有效作用。Objectives To understand the current situation of the disinfection technical ability of disease control institutions at the city level in Sichuan province so as to find out the factors that constrain the development of the disinfection technical ability.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect the information about disinfection technical ability of 21 disease control institutions at the city level.The questionnaire content includes basic situation of all disease control institutions and its disinfection departments,the related laboratory,and works related to disinfection.21 cities were classified into 5 economic zones.The differences of the disinfection ability among those five zones were compared.Results The disinfection departments are equipped with an average of 6 professionals,and all professionals carry out disinfection work on part-time.An average of 2 professionals in each of laboratories were responsible for disinfection related test work.The average routine disinfection test items were carried out less than 60%(12/21).Only half of the city level disease control centers continued carrying out the disinfection related monitoring work all over the province.There were significant differences among the city level disease control centers in 5 economic zones.Conclusion There are some problems in the city level disease control centers in Sichuan province,including insufficient disinfection technical ability,lack of professionalism,insufficient work,lack of projects and financial support,significant regional differences,etc.Positive measures should be taken to improve the disinfection technical ability all over the province.
