花岗岩大断面隧道CD工法开挖受力变形特征分析

摘  要:结合珠海大横琴山一号隧道大跨段,介绍了CD工法的数值模拟及计算成果,并通过对隧道断面的二维模拟来对比不同土体本构下模拟结果,确定施工现场的重点监测部位,对现场施工进行指导。结果表明:在弹性土体本构与弹塑性土体本构条件下数值模拟结果相差极小;需着重监测拱顶、拱肩、仰拱中心的竖直方向位移变化;对支护结构的拱顶、边墙、拱脚等开裂情况重点监测,同时不能忽略中隔壁的监测,必要时施加横撑。The numerical simulation and calculation results of CD excavation method are introduced in combination with the large span section of Dahengqinshan No.1 tunnel in Zhuhai.Through the two-dimensional simulation of tunnel section,the simulation results under different soil constitutive models are compared,and the key monitoring sites of construction site are determined,the process of construction can be directed.The results show that the difference between numerical simulation results under elastic soil constitutive andelastic-plastic soil constitutive conditions is very small. Itis necessary to monitor the vertical displacement changesof vault, spandrel and inverted arch center. The cracksof the vault, side wall and skewback of the supportingstructure should be monitored, while the monitoring of themiddle wall should not be neglected, and the lateral braceshould be applied if necessary.
