枣庄峄州港堆场膨胀性土改良处理研究

摘  要:峄州港堆场回填土属自由膨胀率大于40%的弱膨胀性土,研究采用水泥掺和改良法和压实控制法相结合方案进行处理。通过室内试验得出水泥最佳掺入比为5%,最佳含水率13.7%,施工摊铺时控制水泥土的含水率高于最佳含水率的1%~2%,分层厚度不大于30 cm进行分层碾压处理。运营实践表明,堆场没有发生明显沉降,场地坡度均匀,该处理方案应用效果良好。The backfill of Yizhou Port yard is a weakly expansive soil with free expansion rate more than 40%.The study adopts a combination of cement blending improvement method and compaction control method.Through laboratory test,the optimal mixing ratio of cement is 5%,the optimum moisture content is 13.7%,and the moisture content of cement soil controlled during construction paving is higher than the optimum moisture content by 1%~2%,and the layer thickness is not more than 30 cm during performing layered rolling treatment.The operation practice shows that there is no obvious settlement in the yard,the slope of the site is uniform,and the treatment scheme has a good application effect.
