摘　　要：综合考虑既有事故多发点评价指标特性,建立了城市交通安全事故黑点评价体系,并分析了适用于区域、路网、路段或地点的不同安全评价方法及其评价指标选取策略。最后深入分析具体安全事故问题,提出有效的安全设计原则和改造措施。This paper sets up a black spot evaluation system of urban traffic safety accidents based on the comprehensive consideration of the evaluation index characteristics of existing accident prone points,and analyzes different safety evaluation methods and selection strategies of evaluation indexes applicable to regions,road networks,road sections or locations.Finally,it deeply analyzes the specific safety accident issues and puts forward effective safety design principles and transformation measures.
