自然早产与足月分娩中胎盘Survivin表达量及妊娠时间的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨自然早产与足月分娩中胎盘Survivin表达量与妊娠时间的相关性。方法60例分娩产妇,按照是否足月分娩分为早产组与足月产组,每组30例。在产妇分娩后提取胎盘组织,使用反转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)定量检测胎盘Survivin mRNA相对表达量,比较两组胎盘组织中Survivin mRNA相对表达量,分析Survivin mRNA相对表达量与妊娠时间的相关性。结果早产组产妇胎盘组织中Survivin mRNA相对表达量(0.78±0.27)明显低于足月产组的(1.41±0.23),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过相关性分析结果提示,早产组产妇平均Survivin mRNA相对表达量与妊娠时间呈线性正相关(r2=0.680,F=6.025,P<0.05),足月产组平均Survivin mRNA相对表达量与妊娠时间无线性相关性(r2=0.337,F=0.385,P>0.05)。结论胎盘滋养细胞凋亡与早产有关,而Survivin因子表达不足会使胎盘滋养细胞凋亡,Survivin表达量降低与早产的时间密切相关,足月后Survivin表达量与妊娠时间无相关性。Objective To discuss the correlation between placental Survivin expression and gestational time between spontaneous preterm delivery and full-term delivery.Methods A total of 60 cases of delivery women were divided into preterm delivery group and full-term delivery group according to whether they delivered at full term,with 30 cases in each group.The placental tissue was extracted after the parturients gave birth,and the relative expression of Survivin mRNA in the placenta was quantitatively detected by reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),and the relative expression of Survivin mRNA in the placental tissues of the two groups was compared.The correlation between Survivin mRNA relative expression and gestational time was analyzed.Results The expression of Survivin mRNA in the placenta(0.78±0.27)of preterm delivery group was obviously lower than(1.41±0.23)of full-term delivery group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that the mean relative expression of Survivin mRNA was positively correlated with gestational time in preterm delivery group(r2=0.680,F=6.025,P<0.05),but there was no linear correlation between gestational time and mean survivin mRNA expression in term delivery group(r2=0.337,F=0.385,P>0.05).Conclusion The apoptosis of placental trophoblast is related to premature delivery,and insufficient expression of Survivin factor can cause placental trophoblast cell apoptosis.The decrease of Survivin expression is closely related to the time of preterm delivery,and there is no correlation between Survivin expression after full-term and pregnancy time.
