麦滋林减轻儿童应用红霉素胃肠道反应疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察应用L-谷氨酰胺呱仑酸钠颗粒(商品名:麦滋林)减轻小儿应用注射用乳糖酸红霉素(Erythromycin Lactobionate)时所致胃肠道不良反应的疗效。方法150例应用注射用乳糖酸红霉素患儿,随机分为A组、B组、C组,每组50例。A组患者在静脉滴注乳糖酸红霉素前10~15 min予口服蒙脱石散(商品名:思密达),B组患者在静脉滴注乳糖酸红霉素前10~15 min予口服麦滋林,C组患者均直接静脉滴注乳糖酸红霉素。比较三组患者消化道阳性症状发生情况。结果A组消化道阳性症状发生率12.00%、B组消化道阳性症状发生率8.00%均低于C组的34.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A、B组消化道阳性症状发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在患儿应用注射用乳糖酸红霉素治疗前服用麦滋林均可有效保护胃肠道,与服用思密达疗效相当,可以大大减少该药物在儿科临床应用后的胃肠道反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of L-glutamine and sodium gualenate granules(trade name:Marzulene)on gastrointestinal adverse reactions caused by erythromycin lactobionate for injection in children.Methods A total of 150 children treated with erythromycin lactobionate were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in group A were given montmorillonite powder(trade name:Smecta)10-15 min before the intravenous drip of erythromycin lactobionate,the patients of group B were given oral metronidazole 10-15 min before the intravenous drip of erythromycin lactobionate,and the patients of group C were given erythromycin lactobionate directly.The incidence of digestive tract positive symptoms was compared among the three groups.Results The incidence of digestive tract positive symptoms of group A 12.00%and group B 8.00%were lower than 34.00%of group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of digestive tract positive symptoms between group A and group C(P>0.05).Conclusion Taking Marzulene before treatment with erythromycin lactobionate can effectively protect the gastrointestinal tract,which is equivalent to the effect of taking Smecta.It can greatly reduce the gastrointestinal reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
