臭氧液治疗阴道炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨臭氧液治疗阴道炎的临床疗效。方法120例阴道炎患者,随机分为常规药物治疗组和臭氧液治疗组,每组60例。臭氧液治疗组采用臭氧液治疗,常规药物治疗组采用常规药物治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效。结果臭氧液治疗组总有效率为96.7%,常规药物治疗组总有效率为86.7%;观察组总有效率显著高于常规药物治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论臭氧液治疗阴道炎方法简单、副作用小,是一种疗效好、安全、经济的治疗阴道炎的新方法。Objective To discuss the clinical efficiency of ozone solution in the treatment of vaginitis.Methods A total of 120 vaginitis patients were randomly divided into conventional drug treatment group and ozone treatment group,with 60 cases in each group.Ozone treatment group was treated with ozone solution,and conventional drug treatment group was treated with conventional drug therapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of ozone treatment group was 96.7%,which was 86.7%of conventional drug treatment group.The total effective rate of ozone treatment group was significantly higher than that of conventional drug treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ozone solution is a simple,safe and economical method for vaginitis,with simple method,less side effect and remarkable efficacy.
