喉癌手术后患者开展综合康复干预的研究

摘　　要：目的分析与探讨喉癌手术后患者开展综合康复干预对喉癌术后的影响。方法70例喉癌患者,随机分为常规组与综合康复组,各35例。常规组患者实行常规护理干预,综合康复组在常规护理干预的同时实行综合康复干预。对比两组患者并发症发生情况、首次下床时间、患者住院时间。结果综合康复组明并发症发生率为5.71%,低于常规组的22.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合康复组住院时间为(13.02±3.14)d,首次下床时间为(15.02±4.13)h,均短于常规组的(18.34±3.63)d、(27.12±2.79)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合康复干预可以减少喉癌术后并发症的发生,加速术后患者的康复,缩短患者的住院时间。Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation intervention on patients after laryngeal cancer operation.Methods A total of 70 patients with laryngeal cancer were randomly divided into conventional group and comprehensive rehabilitation group,with 35 cases in each group.The conventional group received conventional nursing intervention,and the comprehensive rehabilitation group received comprehensive rehabilitation intervention on the basis of conventional nursing intervention.The occurrence of complications,first-time off-bed activity time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications of comprehensive rehabilitation group was 5.71%,which was lower than 22.86%of conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time(13.02±3.14)d and first-time off-bed activity time(15.02±4.13)h of comprehensive rehabilitation group were shorter than(18.34±3.63)d and(27.12±2.79)h of conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation intervention can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications of laryngeal cancer,accelerate the recovery of patients after operation,and shorten the hospitalization time of patients.
