依达拉奉在急性重型颅脑外伤治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究依达拉奉在急性重型颅脑外伤治疗中的应用效果。方法 80例急性重型颅脑外伤患者,以随机表数字法分为常规组和观察组,每组40例。常规组患者按照临床常规治疗方法进行治疗,观察组患者则在常规组基础上予以依达拉奉治疗。比较两组患者治疗后脑水肿情况以及治疗前后格拉斯哥昏迷评分量表(GCS)评分。结果治疗后,观察组轻度脑水肿占比80.00%高于常规组的42.50%,中、重度脑水肿占比均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者GCS评分均高于治疗前,且观察组患者GCS评分(10.03±1.79)分高于常规组的(7.84±1.55)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性重型颅脑外伤患者的临床治疗中,在常规治疗基础上予以依达拉奉治疗,不仅可进一步改善患者脑水肿情况,同时对其神经功能的恢复还具有积极的促进作用,值得进一步推广。Objective To study the effect of edaravone in the treatment of acute severe craniocerebral trauma.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute severe craniocerebral trauma were divided into conventional group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with clinical conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with edaravone on the basis of the conventional group.The brain edema after treatment and Glasgow coma scale(GCS)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the proportion of mild cerebral edema 80.00%of the observation group was higher than 42.50%of the conventional group,the proportion of moderate and severe cerebral edema were lower than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).GCS score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and GCS score(10.03±1.79)points of the observation group was higher than(7.84±1.55)points of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with acute severe craniocerebral trauma,edaravone on the basis of conventional treatment can not only further improve the situation of brain edema,but also has a positive role in promoting the recovery of nerve function,which is worthy of further promotion.
