摘　　要：目的探讨腰椎管狭窄症患者围手术期护理措施,总结其经验。方法回顾性分析68例腰椎管狭窄症患者的临床及护理资料,做好心理护理、术前准备、术后护理、术后并发症的预防、出院指导等。结果 68例患者术后恢复良好,顺利度过围手术期,无并发症发生。结论腰椎管狭窄症患者提供综合的围手术期护理措施可以有效减少术后并发症的发生、提高了手术疗效及生活质量。Objective To discuss the perioperative nursing measures of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis and summarize their experience. Methods The clinical and nursing data of 68 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis were retrospectively analyzed, and they all received psychological care, preoperative preparation, postoperative care, prevention of postoperative complications, and discharge guidance. Results All 68 patients recovered well after the operation and passed the perioperative period smoothly without complications. Conclusion Comprehensive perioperative nursing measures for patients with lumbar spinal stenosis can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and improve the efficacy of operation and the quality of life.
