摘　　要：ECFA是两岸间首个制度性经济合作协议,其签署和实施对推进两岸经贸合作影响深远。自2016年民进党执政以来,蔡英文当局百般阻挠两岸经贸交流,企图摆脱对大陆市场的依赖,但两岸经贸关系总体仍然保持了稳健发展的态势。受益于ECFA,两岸经贸合作走过硕果累累的十年,无论是大陆还是台湾都从中获益。对台湾而言,两岸经贸合作能够带动岛内经济增长,支持中小企业发展,为农渔民带来红利,助力台商开拓国际市场等;对大陆而言,两岸经贸合作对促进大陆产业转型升级,推动区域均衡发展,创造就业岗位等都发挥了积极作用。ECFA成果来之不易,需要两岸同胞共同珍惜和维护。As the very first institutional economic cooperation agreement, the signing and implementation of the Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement(ECFA) have had a far-reaching impact on promoting cross-straits economic and trade cooperation. Since the Democratic Progressive Party came to power in 2016, the Tsai Ing-wen administration has blocked economic and trade exchanges between the two sides in an attempt to get rid of the dependence on the mainland market. However, the overall economic and trade relations between the two sides have maintained a healthy development trend. Benefiting from the ECFA, cross-straits economic and trade cooperation has come through a decade of fruitful results. Both China's Mainland and Taiwan have benefited in tangible and intangible ways. In terms of Taiwan, cross-straits economic and trade cooperation has driven the economic growth, supported the development of small and medium-size enterprises, benefited farmers and fishermen, expanded international market, and so forth;in terms of China's Mainland, cross-straits economic and trade cooperation has played a positive role in many aspects, including accelerating industry transformation and upgrading, promoting balanced development of Chinese regional economy, creating jobs and so on. The results of the ECFA have not come easily and should be cherished and protected by compatriots on both sides of the straits.
