摘  要:[目的]鸡舍内温度、风速和颗粒物浓度等环境参数的分布与鸡舍结构密切相关。为了改善鸡舍内环境,满足鸡体健康生长的舒适度要求,本文对密闭式鸡舍环境参数分布进行分析和优化。[方法]通过在密闭式鸡舍中设置立体结构的观测点进行实际数据采集,构建长度为22 m和50 m的2栋鸡舍物理模型,分析鸡舍内温度、风速、PM2.5和PM10等主要环境参数的分布;并对鸡舍中部参数模拟试验,得出了优化构造鸡舍结构的边界条件;最后通过建立数学模型和对实际监测数据的分析证明了物理模型和边界条件的有效性。[结果]长度50 m鸡舍与长度22 m鸡舍相比较,不能使x方向鸡笼中间位置达到有效降温,颗粒物运动更活跃,浓度更大;在不考虑自然风速和温度的情况下,进风口风速为5 m·s-1时,长度结构不得超过41 m。[结论]CFD模拟密闭式鸡舍内环境参数可以有效地用于密闭式笼养鸡舍结构优化,为鸡舍结构的设计与研究提供理论依据。[Objective]The distribution of environmental parameters such as temperature,wind speed and particle concentration in the chicken house is closely related to the structure of the house.In order to improve the internal environment of the house and meet the comfort requirements of healthy chicken growth,we analyzed and optimized the distributions of environmental parameters of two closed chicken houses.[Methods]In the present study,three dimensional structure observation points were set up in a closed chicken house for on-site data collection.Two physical models were constructed with lengths of 22 m and 50 m.The main environmental parameters such as temperature,wind speed,PM2.5 and PM10 in the constructed house were simulated and analyzed.Through the simulation test of the parameters in the center of the house,the boundary conditions were verified through the establishment of mathematical models for optimizing the structure of the chicken house.[Results]The results showed that the middle position of the chicken house in the x-direction wasn’t effectively cooled in the house with the length of 50 m compared to the one with the length of 22 m,and the particle movement was more active with higher concentration.Therefore,when the wind speed of the air inlet was 5 m·s-1,the length structure of chicken house should not exceed 41 m when the natural wind speed and air temperature weren’t acting as the influence factors.[Conclusion]CFD simulation of the environmental parameters in the closed chicken house can be effectively used to optimize the actual structure of the closed chicken house,and the results provide a theoretical basis for the design and research of the house structure.
