摘  要:针对吉林电网新能源装机容量快速增长而消纳受限,导致弃风、弃光率居高不下的问题,从调峰约束、网架受限两方面论述了影响新能源消纳的关键因素。结合吉林电网实际情况,从提高火电调节能力、强化网架建设、扩大外送电量等方面,介绍了提高新能源消纳水平的主要措施,使2019年全省新能源利用率达到97.8%,效果明显。In view of the rapid growth of new energy installed capacity in Jilin Power Grid and limited consumption,resulting in high wind and solar power curtailment rate.This paper discusses the key factors that affect the renewable energy accommodation from two aspects:peak load regulation and grid structure.Combined with the actual situation of Jilin Power Grid,this paper introduces the main measures to improve the renewable energy accommodation from the aspects of improving the thermal power regulation capacity,strengthening the grid construction,expanding the external power supply,etc,The utilization rate of new energy in 2019 reached 97.8%,and the effect was obvious.
