摘 要:针对某汽车变速器倒档惰齿轮轴,20CrMoH材料渗碳淬火后内螺纹产生变形,合格率低。为解决此问题,采用45钢正火+高频局部淬火工艺代替现用材料。通过JMatPro软件对拟代替材料45钢进行相应热处理模拟,得到45钢热处理工艺。用ANSYS有限元对其进行静力学及瞬态热分析,获得45钢实际载荷作用下的应力、应变结果。最后经耐久台架试验,获得实际磨损量。仿真与试验结果表明,采用45钢在强度、变形、磨损量均满足要求的前提下,螺纹孔合格率100%,单件零件最终热处理加热时间缩短了37.93%。For the reverse gear shaft of an automobile transmission,the internal thread of 20CrMoH material deforms after carburizing and quenching,the qualification rate is low.In order to solve this problem,45 steel normalizing and high frequency local quenching technology was used instead of the existing materials.Through JMatPro software,the corresponding heat treatment simulation of the intended substitute material 45 steel was conducted,and the heat treatment process of 45 steel was obtained.The stress and strain of steel 45 under actual load were obtained by static and transient thermal analysis with ANSYS finite element method.Finally,the actual wear amount is obtained through the durability bench test.The simulation and test results show that the pass rate of threaded hole is 100%,and the heating time of the final heat treatment of the single part is shortened by 37.93%.the strength,deformation and wear of 45 steel meet the requirements.
