摘 要:为使静压滑动轴承的研制过程更具科学化和标准化,增加轴承设计软件的开发水平,本文提出了一种基于公理设计理论的静压轴承设计软件开发方法。该方法运用公理设计理论中的功能分解和独立化设计思想进行软件建模,并对软件进行基本模块的划分。基本模块有4个,分别为基本功能模块、功能保障模块、扩展模块及智能模块。通过一个静压轴承设计软件的开发实例对基本模块的关键环节解决方案进行了演示,并给出了静压轴承软件的运行实例。研究表明,文中提出的静压轴承软件设计方法不仅可以满足软件的基本使用要求,还有望提高滑动轴承设计的效率和准确性,并解决轴承设计周期较长的问题,具有较好的应用价值。In order to make the development process of hydrostatic sliding bearings more scientific and standardized,and increase the development level of the bearing design software,this paper proposes a method for developing the static pressure bearing design software based on the axiomatic design theory.This method uses the functional decomposition and independent design ideas in axiomatic design theory for software modeling,and divides the software into basic modules.There are four basic modules,which are basic function module,function guarantee module,expansion module and intelligent module.The key link solution of the basic module is demonstrated by an example of the development of the hydrostatic bearing design software,and the operation example of the hydrostatic bearing software is given.The research shows that the software design method of hydrostatic bearing proposed in this paper can not only meet the basic requirements of software use,but also improve the efficiency and accuracy of sliding bearing design,and solve the problem of long bearing design cycle,which has good application value.
