摘 要:为研究纵轴式掘进机在水平方向的振动特性,提高掘进机的稳定性,根据多体动力学理论,建立掘进机水平截割8自由度动力学模型;将截割头水平方向的截割载荷作为外激励,利用MATLAB对掘进机水平方向上的振动特性进行分析;基于Adams软件建立了纵轴式掘进机刚柔耦合动力学试验样机,将理论分析结果与实验相互验证,得出不同工况下掘进机水平方向的振动时频曲线。结果表明:随着横摆速度由0.847 m/min增加到1.369 m/min,截割头、悬臂、回转台和机身的振幅分别由2.068 mm增加到6.324 mm、1.803 mm增加到4.832 mm、1.569 mm增加到3.721 mm、1.067 mm增加到2.407 mm;随着煤岩的截割阻抗平均值由100 kN/m增加到300 kN/m,截割头和悬臂的振幅由6.224 mm增加到16.408 mm、2.984 mm增加到7.587 mm,对截割头的影响最大。最后通过实验样机对结论进行验证,两者误差在20%以内,在合理的范围内,证实了理论分析结果是正确的,证明建立的动力学模型是正确的。In order to study the vibration characteristics of the longitudinal roadheader in the horizontal direction and improve the stability of the roadheader,according to the multi-body dynamics theory,the 8-DOF dynamic model of the horizontal cutting of the roadheader is established;Cutting load in horizontal direction of cutting head is taken as external excitation,and vibration characteristics in horizontal direction of roadheader are analyzed by MATLAB;Based on Adams software,a prototype of rigid-flexible coupling dynamics test for longitudinal-axial roadheader was established,and the theoretical analysis results and experiments are verified with each other,and the vibration timefrequency curves of the horizontal direction of the roadheader under different working conditions are obtained.The results show that with the increase of yaw rate from 0.847 m/min to 1.369 m/min,the amplitudes of cutting head,cantilever,rotary table and fuselage increase from 2.068 mm to 6.324 mm,1.803 mm to 4.832 mm,1.569 mm,3.721 mm,1.067 mm,2.407 mm;as the average value of cutting impedance of coal and rock increases from 100kN/m to 300 kN/m,the amplitude of cutting head and cantilever increases from 6.224 mm to 16.408 mm,2.984 mm to 7.587 mm,Maximum impact on cutting head.Finally,the conclusion is verified by the experimental prototype,the error between the two is within 20%,and within a reasonable range,the theoretical analysis results are confirmed to be correct,and the established dynamic model is proved to be correct.
