摘　　要：目的对前列回春胶囊进行显微鉴别研究。方法按显微鉴别方法,采用常规粉末制片,镜检。结果通过9批次样品的显微观察,考察其检出组分的特征性及检出的难易程度,筛选出地龙的表皮组织、斜纹肌纤维,鹿茸的骨碎片、未骨化骨组织碎片,穿山甲的鳞甲碎块,黄芪的纤维束,茯苓的菌丝这7个特征唯一、有唯一对应药材、出现频率较高的粉末特征,作为前列回春胶囊的显微鉴别依据。结论该方法准确稳定、重复性好,可用于前列回春胶囊的质量控制,为规范企业生产、市场监督检验、稽查打假、委托检验及标准提升提供参考。Objective To determine the microscopic characteristics of Qianlie Huichun capsules.Methods Conventional powder was used for slice preparation and microscopic examination according to the microscopic identification.Results The characteristics of the detected components and the difficulty in detection were investigated by microexamination of 9 batches of samples.Seven unique features with unique corresponding medicinal material,and high presence frequency,namely:epidermis and striated muscle fibers of lumbricus,bone fragments and unossified bone fragments of pilose antler,pangolin scale fragments,fiber bundles of astragalus membranaceus,and mycelium of poria cocos,were identified as the microscopic identification basis of Qianlie Huichun capsules.Conclusion The method is stable,accurate,and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Qianlie Huichun capsules.It may provide the basis and reference for the standardization of enterprise production,market supervision and inspection,anti-counterfeiting,entrustment inspection and standard promotion.
