摘　　要：临床药师针对1例慢性肾脏病合并糖皮质激素骨质疏松的女性患者进行药学监护,根据患者肾功能水平变化与既往用药史协助医师对骨质疏松治疗方案进行调整,并对药物的安全性及有效性进行监护,探讨对慢性肾脏病合并糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症患者的药学监护要点,促进临床合理用药,提高药物治疗效果。Clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care for a female patient with chronic kidney disease combining glucocorticoid osteoporosis.Clinical pharmacists assisted doctors to adjust the osteoporosis treatment plan according to the change of renal function level and previous medication history of the patient,monitored the safety and efficacy of drugs,explored how clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care for patients with chronic kidney disease and glucocorticoid osteoporosis,promoted the rationa use of drugs and improved the effect of drug treatment.
