《新大成医方》伪书考

摘　　要：《中国古籍总目》著录台北某图书馆藏《新大成医方》一书,称“宋·王元福辑”。此书实即南宋江西名医严用和所著《严氏济生方》。台藏本之书名、序言署名经人剜改,乃托名伪书。严用和《严氏济生方》清代即已佚失,《四库全书》所收八卷本乃从《永乐大典》中辑出,内容不及原书一半,且将《严氏济生方》及其续书混而为一。日本尚存《严氏济生方》宋刻本(缺三卷)、《严氏济生续方》室町时期写本(缺两卷),如再参照这一藏本,以及元明以来几种方书引文,大体可恢复《严氏济生方》及《严氏济生续方》之全貌。《新大成医方》对于复原《严氏济生方》原貌有着重要的文献价值。General Catalogue of Chinese Ancient Books records a book named Xin Da Cheng Yi Fang compiled by WANG Yuanfu in the Song Dynasty.In fact,the real title of this book is Yan Shi Ji Sheng Fang.And the real author is YAN Yonghe,a famous doctor lived in Jiangxi province in the South Song Dynasty.As a matter of fact,WANG Yuanfu who lived in the Yuan Dynasty distorted the title and the autograph of preface.Since the Qing Dynasty Yan Shi Ji Sheng Fang was lost,the scholor compiled scattered writings from the famous category book called Yong Le Da Dian,reediting this book.The new version was 8 volume,the content was less than half of what it used to be.We can restore the book to its original form by the printed edition in the Song Dynasty and the transcription in the Muromachi period,the preserved version in Taiwan province and other quotes in the Yuan and Ming Dynasties.Although Xin Da Cheng Yi Fang is a pseudografh,there were important value in restoring the book of Yan Shi Ji Sheng Fang.
