胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折手术治疗的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探究胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折手术治疗的临床效果.方法:本次研究中的观察对象均选自2017年10月-2019年7月期间在本院接受治疗的胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折患者,共抽选48例,所有患者经单盲分组法被分为2组,对照组利用常规方式进行手术,观察组利用改良术式对患者施以治疗,比较2组患者的手术临床指标、胸腰椎功能、疼痛程度、生活质量以及治疗效果的情况.结果:观察组患者住院时间和JOA评分、VAS评分、QOL评分以及临床治疗总有效率分别为(23.62±3.01)天、(23.56±1.63)分、(2.05±0.09)分、(74.83±3.45)分以及95.8%,明显优于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:胸腰椎多节段骨折患者应用改良术式进行治疗,能够明显改善其临床症状,减少其疼痛程度,并提高患者生活质量和胸腰椎功能的恢复,有利于其临床治疗,值得研究推广.Objective:To explore the clinical effect of surgical treatment of thoracolumbar multi-segmental spinal fractures.Methods:The subjects in this study were selected from patients with thoracolumbar spine multi-segmental spine fractures who were treated in our hospital from October 2017 to July 2019.A total of 48 patients were selected.All patients were single-blind grouping.They were divided into two groups.The reference group was operated by conventional methods.The experimental group was treated with modified surgery.The clinical indexes,thoracolumbar function,pain level,quality of life and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The hospitalization time,JOA score,VAS score,QOL score and total effective rate of clinical treatment were(23.62±3.01)d,(23.56±1.63),(2.05±0.09),and(74.83±3.45).)and 95.8%,significantly better than the reference group,the difference was significant,statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with thoracolumbar multi-segment fractures can improve their clinical symptoms,reduce their pain,improve their quality of life and recovery of thoracolumbar function,which is beneficial to their clinical treatment and worthy of research and promotion.
