摘 要:目的:探讨在颈椎椎弓根螺钉植入中3D打印个体化导航模板临床应用效果.方法:选取2015年1月-2019年1月我院收治的40例颈椎椎弓根螺钉植入患者,对照组应用传统透视下椎弓根螺钉内固定术,观察组应用3D打印个体化导航模板辅助内固定手术,分析2组患者置钉准确度、JOA及VAS评分.结果:观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组置钉准确度、JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:3D打印个体化导航模板可提高植入颈椎椎弓根螺钉准确度,提高JOA评分,降低VAS评分,对手术有效率提高具有非常高临床价值.Objective:To investigate the clinical application of 3D printed personalized navigation templates in cervical pedicle screw implantation.Methods:Forty patients with cervical pedicle screws implanted in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2019 were selected.The control group was treated with traditional pedicle screw internal fixation under fluoroscopy.The study group was assisted by 3D printed personalized navigation templates.For internal fixation,the accuracy of placement of nails,JOA,and VAS scores were analyzed.Results:The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the accuracy of nail placement and the JOA score of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The 3D printed personalized navigation template can improve the accuracy of cervical pedicle screw implantation,increase the JOA score,reduce the VAS score,and have very high clinical value for improving the efficiency of surgery.
