淋巴引流手法联合髌股关节滑动技术对膝关节周围骨折术后膝关节功能康复的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨早期淋巴引流手法联合髌股关节滑动技术在膝关节周围骨折术后膝关节功能康复中的应用效果.方法:选择2016年1月-2019年6月我院收治的膝关节周围骨折患者68例,按随机数字表法分为2组,各34例.对照组实施常规康复干预,观察组在此基础上应用淋巴引流结合髌股关节滑动技术进行干预.对比2组干预后膝关节活动度、膝关节功能以及生活质量.结果:观察组干预后膝关节活动度为110.22° ±1.34°,大于对照组的75.42° ±1.02°,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后膝关节功能评分为(82.69±7.96)分,高于对照组的(73.84±6.51)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后情感职能、躯体疼痛、精神健康评分分别为(91.43±9.46)分、(90.68±7.44)分、(92.48±9.71)分,均高于对照组的(80.22±7.59)分、(78.26±7.43)分、(81.62±8.44)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:淋巴引流手法联合髌股关节滑动技术在膝关节周围骨折术后患者中具有良好的早期应用效果,能够有效提升膝关节活动度,利于促进膝关节功能的改善,改善患者生活质量.Objective:To investigate the effect of early lymphatic drainage combined with patellofemoral joint sliding technique in the rehabilitation of knee joint function after knee joint fracture.Methods:A total of 68 patients with periarticular fractures from January 2016 to June 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table,34 cases each.The control group underwent routine rehabilitation intervention,and the observation group was treated with lymphatic drainage combined with patellofemoral sliding technique.Knee joint mobility,knee function,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention group,the knee joint activity was(110.22±1.34)°,which was greater than that of the control group(75.42±1.02)°,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knee joint function score of the observation group was(82.69).The score was±7.96),which was higher than that of the control group(73.84±6.51),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The emotional function,physical pain and mental health score of the observation group were(91.43±9.46)points,respectively.(90.68±7.44)points,(92.48±9.71)points,were higher than the control group(80.22±7.59),(78.26±7.43),(81.62±8.44),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lymphatic drainage combined with patellofemoral joint sliding technique has a good early application effect in patients with knee joint fractures,which can effectively improve the knee joint mobility,promote the improvement of knee joint function and improve the quality of life of patients.
