倍他米松对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后早期下肢疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察倍他米松对椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者术后早期下肢疼痛的临床疗效.方法:从2017年10月-2019年10月选取我院骨科腰椎间盘突出症患者72例,随机分为2组,观察组为腰椎间孔镜+倍他米松组,对照组为腰椎间孔镜组,观察组采用椎间孔镜TESSYS技术摘除突出髓核,松解神经根,注入倍他米松,术后第1天、3周、12周评估JOA评分(Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores)、VAS评分(vision analogue scale,VAS)、ODI指数(oswestry disability index,ODI).结果:随访12周,有效随访71例患者,比较2组术后第1天、3周ODI指数、VAS评分、JOA评分,均具有统计学意义;比较2组术后第12周ODI指数、VAS评分、JOA评分,无统计学意义.结论:倍他米松注射液可有效缓解椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者术后早期下肢疼痛的症状.Objective:Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy with TESSYS technique on Lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A retrospective study was conduted on 72 patients with Lumbar disc herniation during Otc.2017 to Otc.2019,the 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic dis-cectomy with TESSYS technique and betamethasone,while the observation group was treated only percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy with TESSYS technique.The both groups was followed up 12 weeks after the surgery.JOA,VAS,ODI at the fist day and the third、twelfth week after surgery was evaluaed.Results:After a follow-up of 12 weeks,there was significant statistic difference(P<0.05)between the two groups at the fist day and the third week after surgeon for JOA,VAS,ODI,while there wasn't significant statistic difference at the twelfth week.Conclusion:Betamethasone is effective for relieving legpain after percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy with TESSYS technique on lumbar disc herniation.
