摘　　要：目的:探讨行人工踝关节置换术的患者围术期实施康复护理的效果.方法:选择2017年1月-2019年1月期间于我院行人工踝关节置换术的患者4例,与其围术期给予康复护理.分析护理前后患者疼痛情况及心理状态.结果:护理后患者NRS评分明显低于护理前,且SAS评分、SDS评分更低,评分差异具有显著性(P<0.05).结论:行人工踝关节置换术的患者围术期实施康复护理有助于减轻其疼痛应激,缓解负性情绪对手术开展、术后恢复的影响,在临床上具有借鉴与推广价值.Objective:To probe into the effect of rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing artificial ankle replacement during perioperative period.Methods:4 cases of patients who underwent artificial ankle arthroplasty in our hospital from January,2017 to January,2019 were selected and were given rehabilitation nursing during perioperative period.Then,the pain situation and psychological state of patients before and after nursing were analyzed.Results:The NRS score of patients after nursing was significantly lower than that before nursing,and the SAS score and SDS score were lower,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rehabilitation nursing of patients undergoing artificial ankle replacement during perioperative period which it is helpful to alleviate pain stress and the influence of negative emotions on the operation and postoperative recovery,thus it can be used for reference and promotion in clinical.
