摘 要:供应链库存定位问题属于供应链设施选址和网络结构确立之后供应链库存运作管理问题。针对供应链管理环境下的多级库存定位问题,即将库存放置在供应链的什么位置这项重要的决策活动,提出了一种基于集中、分散相结合的混合配送模式下的汽车零部件供应链库存定位模型,运用改进的模拟退火算法求解该模型,得出了最优的库存定位和定量决策结果,分析了服务水平、需求不确定性等对供应链总成本和库存决策的影响,初步实现了对汽车零部件供应链多级库存定位问题的建模和优化决策研究。Supply chain inventory positioning belongs to the supply chain inventory operation management problems after establishing the supply chain facility location and network structure.In supply chain multi-level inventory management,inventory positioning problem where the location of the inventory is placed in the supply chain has become an important decision-making activity.A model of auto parts supply chain inventory positioning based on a combination of centralized/decentralized distribution structures is proposed,and the optimal inventory positioning and quantitative decision-making results are obtained by using the improved analog annealing algorithm to solve the model,and the impact of service level,demand uncertainty on total supply chain cost and inventory decision-making is analyzed,which has preliminarily realized the modeling and optimization decision of multi-level inventory positioning problems on the auto parts supply chain.
