爱西特对糖尿病肾病合并慢性肾衰竭患者的治疗作用研究

摘　　要：目的探究药用炭片(商品名:爱西特)对糖尿病肾病合并慢性肾衰竭患者的治疗作用。方法80例糖尿病肾病合并慢性肾衰竭患者,按照临床治疗方式的不同分成对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组是采取常规治疗方法,研究组在采取常规治疗的基础上加用爱西特治疗。比较两组患者干预后的血肌酐(SCr)、肌酐消除率(CCr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平及临床疗效。结果研究组SCr、BUN、CCr水平分别为(165.41±16.32)μmol/L、(8.41±2.52)mmol/L、(50.83±6.31)%,均优于对照组的(297.32±22.71)μmol/L、(14.51±2.72)mmol/L、(34.31±4.52)%,总有效率为82.50%显著高于对照组的57.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论爱西特药物对于糖尿病肾病合并慢性肾衰竭病症的治疗有显著效果,可显著改善肾功能,值得进行临床推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of medicinal charcoal tablets(trade name:Aixite)on diabetic nephropathy patients with chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 80 diabetic nephropathy patients with chronic renal failure were divided into control group and research group according to different clinical methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the research group was treated with Aixite on the basis of the conventional therapy.The serum creatinine(SCr),creatinine elimination rate(CCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)levels and clinical efficacy after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results SCr,BUN and CCr of the research group were(165.41±16.32)μmol/L,(8.41±2.52)mmol/L and(50.83±6.31)%,which were better than(297.32±22.71)μmol/L,(14.51±2.72)mmol/L and(34.31±4.52)%of the control group,and the total effective rate of the research group 82.50%was significantly higher than 57.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aixite has remarkable effect in treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients with chronic renal failure,and it can significantly improve the renal function of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
