高校实验设备统筹管理机制的实践与探讨

摘　　要：以当前设备管理方法为基础,分析实验设备的使用和管理问题,发现高校实验设备存在设备利用率不高,购置资金管理方式不佳,设备管理制度不完善,设备管理人员专业素质不高等特点,提出了置购仪器前要提前做好规划工作,完善购置计划提高管理人员素质等方式完善统筹管理机制。通过适用实验设备统筹管理方法,能够有效改善设备及设备的启动,解决现有管理模式的问题。Based on the current equipment management method,this paper analyzes the problems of the use and management of experimental equipment,and finds that the equipment utilization rate is not high,the purchase fund management method is not good,the equipment management system is not perfect,and the equipment management personnel's professional quality is not high.It is proposed that the planning work should be done well in advance before purchasing the instrument,the purchase plan should be improved,and the quality of the management personnel should be improved to improve the overall management mechanism.By applying the integrated management method of experimental equipment,the equipment and equipment startup can be effectively improved,and the problems of the existing management mode can be solved.
