摘 要:随着高层建筑使用功能发展的多样化,为了形成大空间,通常采用部分框架来支承上部的钢筋混凝土剪力墙,从而形成框支剪力墙的结构形式。在实际工程设计中,框支梁上层的剪力墙受到的剪力设计值往往超过了剪力墙所能承受的最大剪力,不满足国家现行规范的要求。本文以7度地震区的一栋带转换层的高层建筑为实例,运用结构设计软件PKPM分析了框支梁上层剪力墙剪力超限的具体原因;并运用有限元分析软件MIDAS重新对框支梁分别采用杆单元和壳单元进行模拟,研究单元选择对剪力计算结果的影响规律。根据以上数值模拟的分析结果,提出了减小框支梁上层剪力墙剪力超限的具体措施,为结构工程师进行工程设计提供参考。With the diversification of the use function development of high-rise buildings,in order to form a large space,part of the frame is usually used to support the upper reinforced concrete shear wall,thus forming the structure form of frame-supported shear wall.In practical engineering design,the shear design value of the shear wall on the upper part of the frame-supported beam often exceeds the maximum shear wall which can bear,which does not meet the requirements of the current national specifications.A high-rise building with transfer story in 7 degree earthquake area was taken as an example to analyze the reason of shear wall over limit by using structural design software PKPM in this paper,and the finite element analysis software MIDAS was used to simulate the frame supported beam with rod element and shell element respectively.Through repeated trial calculation,the influence of element selection on the shear calculation results was studied.According to the analysis results,the specific measures to reduce the shear force of the upper shear wall were proposed,which provided a reference for the structural engineer to carry out the design.
