摘 要:非黏结柔性立管是深海石油资源开发中越来越广泛使用的重要部件。本文首先考虑螺旋角、截面尺寸、摩擦系数等结构参数对非黏结柔性立管进行实体力学建模,考虑接触非线性、几何非线性和拉扭耦合效应对立管的力学响应进行分析。在非线性有限元分析的基础上,结合进化策略,以柔性立管位移为限制条件,以减小最大Mises应力为优化目标,对柔性立管抗拉铠装层螺旋角、截面尺寸、摩擦系数进行多参数同步优化设计。结果表明:结合非线性有限元及进化策略的优化设计方法,能在保证立管位移较小的情况下,显著减小其最大Mises应力。可为深海柔性立管结构优化设计提供理论依据和工程实际参考。Non-bonded flexible riser as a kind of important component,has been more and more widely used in offshore oil exploitation.The tensile armor layer is a key part of the flexible riser.In this paper,the detailed model of a tensile armor layer of non-bonded flexible riser considering the helix angle,section size and friction coefficient was constructed.The nonlinear finite element method was employed to study the response of the tensile armor layer considering geometric and contact nonlinearity and coupled tensile-torsional effect.A multi-parameter optimization design method was then proposed combing the nonlinear finite element analysis with evolutionary strategy,in which the helix angle,section size and friction coefficient of the tensile armor layer were optimized spontaneously.The displacement of the tensile armor layer was selected as the limiting condition and reducing the maximum Mises stress of the tensile armor layer was selected as the optimization target in the optimization.Optimization results show that the proposed optimization method combing the nonlinear finite element with evolutionary strategy is capable of significantly reducing the maximum Mises stress of the tensile armor layer while fulfills the limiting condition of small displacement.
