摘  要:为了研究标准养护条件下,矿粉、硅灰、钢纤维及水胶比对活性粉末混凝土的工作性能和抗压强度的影响规律,采用单因素对照试验的方法设计了6组配合比,测定其工作性能后,将其制作成试块,在标准养护条件下分别养护7d、14d和28d,测定其抗压强度。试验结果表明:硅灰对活性粉末混凝土的工作性能影响较小,但对抗压强度影响较大;在素活性粉末混凝土中加入适量钢纤维,可改善工作性能,同时提高活性粉末混凝土后期抗压强度;本次试验最终确定的最佳水胶比是0. 22,该组活性粉末混凝土拌合物工作性能良好,7d、14d、28d抗压强度均较高,而且强度保持稳定。In order to study the influence of mineral powder,silica fume,steel fiber and water cement ratio on the working performance and compressive strength of reactive powder concrete under standard curing condition,designed 6 groups of mix proportion by single factor control test.After measuring its working performance,then made into test blocks,the compressive strength was measured after 7 d,14 d and 28 d of standard curing.The test results show that silica fume has little influence on the working performance,but has a great influence on the compressive strength.Adding steel fiber in plain RPC can improve the working performance,and can improve the later compressive strength of RPC;the test results show that the best water binder ratio is 0.22.The working performance is good.The compressive strength of the mixture is high in 7 d,14 d and 28 d,and the compressive strength is stable.
