摘　　要：PC竖向结构半灌浆套筒连接可以实现柱剪力墙和框架梁等多个建筑构件的工厂预制化,显著提高建筑的装配率,具有广阔的市场前景。本文依托某工厂的装配整体式被动式建筑,对PC竖向结构半灌浆套筒施工的原理、施工重点、施工难点及质量控制等进行了详细的归纳总结,具有较高的借鉴性和可操作性,可以有效助力建筑装配化的发展和推广。PC vertical structure semi-grouting sleeve connection can realize the factory prefabrication of multiple building components such as column shear wall and frame beam,which significantly improves the building assembly rate and has a broad market prospect.This article entrusts the assembly of an integrated passive building in a factory,and summarizes the principle,construction focus,construction difficulties and quality control of the PC vertical structure semi-grouting sleeve construction in detail,which has high reference and operability,can effectively help the development and promotion of building assembly.
