摘 要:针对滚子轴承中工作面凸度修形的问题,提出了对数修形曲线拟合方法,并给出了计算流程图。对于线接触的滚子轴承,以两段圆弧拟合理想Lundberg对数曲线,所得到的线形更接近对数曲线,两段圆弧也更易加工和检测;对于球面滚子轴承,建立修正对数曲线,在中间段以修正对数曲线拟合初始间隙,在滚子端部以一条圆弧拟合修正对数曲线。实际案例的计算结果表明,文中方法所得拟合结果比现行修形设计方法更合理。Aimed at crown profiling of working surface of bearing rollers,the logarithmic profiling curve fitting method is proposed,and the calculation flowchart is given.For line contact roller bearings,the ideal Lundberg logarithmic curve is fitted by two arcs.The linear curve obtained is closer to logarithmic curve,two arcs are also easy to process and detect.For spherical roller bearings,a modified logarithmic curve is established,the initial clearance is fitted with modified logarithmic curve in middle section,and the modified logarithmic curve is fitted with an arc at roller end.The calculation result of actual case shows that the fitting results obtained by the method in this paper are more reasonable than current profiling design method.
