摘 要:基于有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立轮毂轴承密封圈二维轴对称模型,分析密封唇倾斜角、唇厚、过盈量、唇边夹角、唇长和腰厚对轮毂轴承密封圈密封性能和摩擦力矩的影响。结果表明:接触压强随唇厚、唇边夹角、腰厚增大而增大,随唇倾斜角、过盈量、唇长增大而减小;摩擦力矩随唇厚、唇边夹角、腰厚增大而增大,随唇倾斜角、唇长增大而减小,随过盈量变化不敏感。并对轮毂轴承密封进行优化,优化后的结构既能满足密封性能要求,又减小了摩擦力矩。实测验证了分析结果的正确性。Based on finite element analysis software ABAQUS,the 2D axisymmetric model is established for sealing rings of hub bearings.The influence of lip inclination angle,lip thickness,interference,lip angle,lip length and waist thickness on sealing performance and friction torque of sealing rings of hub bearings is analyzed.The results show that the contact pressure increases with increase of lip thickness,lip angle and waist thickness,and decreases with increase of lip inclination angle,interference and lip length.The friction torque increases with increase of lip thickness,lip angle and waist thickness,decreases with increase of lip inclination angle and lip length,and is insensitive to change of interference.The optimized structure of the seal not only meets requirements of sealing performance,but also reduces friction torque.The correctness of analysis results is verified by test.
