新版高碳铬不锈轴承钢和渗碳轴承钢标准的解读

摘　　要：2019年修订发布的GB/T 3086—2019《高碳铬不锈轴承钢》和2016年修订发布的GB/T 3203—2016《渗碳轴承钢》与旧标准相比有较大变化。GB/T 3086—2019与2008版相比主要变化有:增加了按钢材最终用途分类,明确了钢丝直径允许偏差,加严了S,Ni含量要求,修改了低倍组织评定标准要求,修改了脱碳层深度要求及共晶碳化物评定方法等。GB/T 3203—2016与1982版相比主要变化有:增加了“规范性引用文件”、“分类和代号”及“订货内容”3章,增加了G23Cr2Ni2Si1Mo牌号及相关技术要求,加严了S,P含量并增加了Al,Ti,Ca,O,H含量要求等。就主要修改内容进行了归纳和解读。Compared with old editions,the standard of High carbon chromium stainless bearing steels(GB/T 3086-2019)published in 2019 and the standard of Carburizing bearing steels(GB/T3203-2016)published in 2016 have many changes.Compared with 2008 edition,the main changes of GB/T 3086-2019 are as follows:adding classification by end use of steel,defining allowable deviation of steel wire diameter,tightening requirements of S and Ni content,revising evaluation standard and requirements of macrostructure,modifying depth requirement of decarburization layer and evaluation method of eutectic carbides,etc.Compared with 2008 edition,the main changes of GB/T3203-2016 are as follows:adding three chapters on‘normative references’,‘classification and code’,‘order content’,adding G23Cr2Ni2Si1Mo grade and relevant technical requirements,tightening S and P content,adding requirements of Al,Ti,Ca,O,H content,etc.The main amendments are summarized and interpreted.
