摘　　要：自然保护地在维护生态安全和维持人与自然和谐共生中居于首要地位。加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省的省级自然保护地建设历史悠久,法律体系完善,管理机制健全,规划系统科学,监测评估全面,资金保障充分,其自然保护地体系的建设经验对我国省级自然保护地的建设和完善具有借鉴意义。文章总结了其成功经验,通过分析制定省级自然保护地条例及相关法律、法规,健全政府主导、多方合作的管理机制,引入公众参与规划机制,健全监测评估机制,设立自然保护地基金等措施,或可启发我国省级自然保护地的健康发展。British Columbia,Canada has a long history of constructing the provincial protected areas,and enjoys a complete legal system for provincial protected areas protection.It has an efficient management system,a comprehensive monitoring and evaluating regime,as well as a sound planning system,all of which is guaranteed by adequate finance.Its construction experience of protected areas system may promote the construction and improvement of provincial protected areas in China,by formulating regulations on the provincial protected areas and related laws and regulations,improving the government-led and multi-party cooperative provincial protected areas management mechanism,introducing public participation mechanism in the planning process,improving the monitoring and evaluating mechanism.
