摘 要:采用力学性能测试、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)等研究了不同热处理工艺对新型低合金超高强度45CrNiSiMnMoVA钢的微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着奥氏体化温度的不断升高,试验钢的力学性能逐渐提高,并在920℃时达到峰值,达到峰值之后才会缓慢下降;在320~380℃回火后,试验钢的强韧性随回火温度变化的幅度非常小,当回火温度为350℃时,试验钢具有强度、塑性和韧性相配合的最优综合力学性能。分析认为,试验钢的强韧化机理与以"多相、亚稳和多尺度"为核心思想的M^3组织性能调控理论十分吻合。Effects of different heat treatment processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of new low alloy ultra-high strength 45 CrNiSiMnMoVA steel were studied by means of mechanical properties test, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The results show that the mechanical properties of the tested steel increase gradually with the increase of austenitizing temperature, and reach the peak at 920 ℃, and then decrease slowly. After tempering at 320-380 ℃, the strength and toughness of the tested steel vary very little with the tempering temperature. When the tempering temperature is 350 ℃, the tested steel has the optimal comprehensive mechanical properties of strength, plasticity and toughness. According to the analysis, the strengthening and toughening mechanism of the tested steel is in good agreement with the theory of M^3 structure performance regulation based on "multiphase, metastable and multiscale ".
