万向锁定加压掌侧接骨板治疗AO-C型桡骨远端骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究采用万向锁定加压接骨板治疗AO-C型桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2019年8月间上海九院黄浦分院收治的27例AO-C型桡骨远端骨折患者,所有患者行掌侧入路并采用万向锁定加压掌侧接骨板进行固定,术后嘱早期功能锻炼。结果本组27例患者均获得定期门诊随访,随访时间为4~7个月,平均5.7个月,术后X光片提示均愈合,轴向长度均恢复,并无骨折复位的丢失,根据Dienst腕关节功能评价标准,优15例,良8例,可4例,优良率达85.2%。结论万向锁定加压接骨板在治疗AO-C型桡骨远端骨折中,由于其更符合三柱理论,所以固定效果更确切,且不容易出现骨折复位的丢失。同时由于螺钉的角度可以小范围的调整,避免了多次拆装内固定所带来的麻烦,减少了手术的时间,有效提高了手术效果。Objective Toanalysis the effect of Universal lock pressurized volar plate in the treatment of AO-C type of the distal radius fracture.Methods 27 cases of AO-C typedistal radius fracture inthe author's hospitalwere selected in this study,and treated with universal lock pressurized volar plate,and then guide patients for early postoperative functional exercise.Results This group of 27 patients from Jan.2019 to Aug.2019 after clinical surgical treatment,in 4 to 7 months of follow-up,average 5.7 months,using X ray to visit.All patients have fractures healed,axial length were restored,there wasno loss of fracture reduction.According to Dienst wrist function evaluation criteria,Excellent 15 cases,good 8 cases,and general 4 cases,the fine rate was 85.2%.Conclusion Through long-term clinical observation,universal lock pressurized volar plate in the treatment of AO-C type of the distal radius fracture hasmore solid,because its fixed conforms to the theory of three columns.At the same time because the screw angle can be a small range of adjustment,to avoid the trouble caused by multiple disassembly,reducing the time of surgery,effectively improve the surgical results.
