靳三针结合药物治疗在中风后痉挛性偏瘫患者中的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的验证靳三针治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的疗效以及对患者综合功能的影响。方法选取本院收治的73例中风后痉挛性偏瘫患者,采用随机数字法随机分为对照组(37例)和针灸组(36例)。对照组采用基本药物进行干预,观察组采用靳三针针刺联合基本药物治疗进行干预。在治疗前、治疗第20天和治疗第40天分别检测患者ADL评分、四肢简式Fugl-Meyer评分、肌痉挛指数CSI评分,比较两组患者运动功能、日常生活能力、痉挛指数、肌张力等情况。结果治疗前比较两组患者ADL评分、四肢简式Fugl-Meyer评分、肌痉挛指数CSI评分均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗40天后对照组和针灸组两组患者ADL评分、四肢简式Fugl-Meyer评分均高于治疗前,CSI评分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并且治疗第20天及治疗第40天针灸组ADL评分、四肢简式Fugl-Meyer运动评分均高于对照组,肌痉挛指数CSI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论靳三针疗法联合基础药物治疗比单纯用药效果更好,可更加有效的提高中风后痉挛性偏瘫患者运动功能、日常生活能力,对痉挛指数、肌张力具有改善作用,临床疗效确切。Objective To clarify the effect of Jin`s three-needle treatment on patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke.Methods Seventy-three patients with spastic hemiplegia caused by stroke in our hospital were randomly divied into control group(37cases)and acupuncture group(36 cases)by random number method.The control group was treated with basic drugs,and the observation group was treated with Jin`s three-needle acupuncture combined with basic drugs.The ADL score,Fugl-Meyer score(FMA)and muscle spasm index CSI score were detected respectivelybeforetreatment,20 days and 40 days after treatment.The motor function,daily living ability,spasticity index and muscle tone of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in ADL score,FMA score and CSI score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 20 and 40days treatment,the ADL score and FMA score of the two groups of patients were higher than treatment before,and the acupuncture group were significantly higher than the control group.And the CSI score in the control group and the acupuncture groupwas lower than treatmentbefore,the acupuncture group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jin`s three-needle therapy combined with basic drug treatment is better than simple medication,and it has an improvement effect on motor function,daily living ability,spasticity index,muscle toneetc.And the clinical effect is definite.
