摘  要:探讨异形三维圆管状机织复合材料的压缩性能。采用383 tex低捻玄武岩长丝束为经、纬纱,在SGA598型小样织机上织造了异形三维圆管状机织物。以环氧乙烯基改性树脂V⁃118为基体,采用手糊成形工艺制成了异形三维圆管状机织复合材料。在RGY⁃5型万能材料试验机上测试了复合材料的轴向压缩及径向压缩性能。结果表明:压缩载荷⁃位移曲线均表现为先增加后下降的趋势,轴向最大压缩载荷为15002.90 N,径向最大压缩载荷为185.54 N。认为:异形三维圆管状机织复合材料具有良好的整体性,无分层现象。The compression property of profiled three-dimensional tubular woven composite material was discussed.383 tex basalt filament bundle was adopted as warp and weft.SGA598 sample loom was used to weave profiled three-dimensional tubular woven fabrics.The epoxy vinyl modified resin V-118 was used as the substrate.The profiled three-dimensional tubular woven composite material was produced by hand lay-up process.The axial compression and radial compression of the composite material were tested by RGY-5 universal material tester.The test results showed that the compressing load-displacement curves were both in the trend of increase first and then decrease.The maximum compressing load in axial was 15002.90 N.The maximum compressing load in radial was 185.54 N.It is considered that the profiled three-dimensional tubular woven composite material has excellent integrality and no stratification.
