摘 要:总结管状织物结构件的制备技术,并测试其渗透性能。以聚酯长丝为经、纬纱,制备了4种管状织物;介绍了4种管状织物的组织结构设计、上机图和制备技术要点等。测试了各试样不同部位的孔径;设计了渗透性试验。结果显示:透孔组织部分渗透率最大,其次是纱罗组织部分,平纹组织部分渗透率最小;纱罗织物组织稳定,渗透率比较稳定。认为:平纹+纱罗组织能较好地满足填充和渗透性要求。The preparation technology of tubular fabric structural part was summarized,and its permeability was tested.Polyester filaments were used as warp and weft.Four kinds of tubular fabrics were prepared.The texture design,looming draft,key preparation technology of the four tubular fabrics and so on were introduced.The pore diameter in different position of the parts were tested.The permeability test was designed.The test results showed that the permeability of mock leno weave part was the largest,the leno weave was the next,and the plain weave was the smallest.The texture of leno fabric was stable.The permeability was relatively stable.It is considered that plain weave+leno weave can well meet the requirements of filling and permeability.
