织前准备影响断经的因素与控制措施

摘　　要：为降低浆纱在织造过程中的断头,提高织机效率,分析了织前准备的络筒、整经、浆纱、穿经工序中影响断经的因素,并提出了相应的解决措施和控制要点。认为:断经的产生与纱线毛羽、张力和伸长等密切相关,有针对性地采取有效预防措施能显著降低断经,为生产效率和产品质量的提高起到促进和保障作用。In order to reduce the broken warp of sized yarn in weaving process and improve the loom efficiency,the influence factors of the broken warp in winding,warping,sizing,drawing-in processes before the weaving were analyzed.The related solving measures and control key points were put forward.It is considered that the cause of broken warp is closely related with the yarn hairiness,tension,elongation and so on.By taking effective prevention,broken warp can be obviously reduced.It plays a key role in promotion and security effect of the production efficiency and product quality.
