摘 要:探讨微波辅助脱胶棉秆皮纤维的可纺性。采用微波辅助方法对棉秆皮纤维进行脱胶,研究了棉秆皮纤维的纺纱性能,并与高温碱煮方法获得的棉秆皮纤维进行对比。结果表明:微波辅助脱胶方法可在不损伤纤维结构和强度的前提下获得可纺性较好的棉秆皮纤维。微波辅助棉秆皮纤维表现出直径细、挠曲度好、强度高的优点,可纺性显著优于高温碱煮获得的棉秆皮纤维。认为:从纺纱应用的角度看,棉秆皮纤维直径和强度的改善可弥补自身结构脆性的不足。Spinnability of cotton stalk fiber after microwave assisted degumming was discussed.Microwave assisted method was adopted to degum cotton stalk fiber.Spinning property of cotton stalk fiber was studied and compared with the cotton stalk fiber obtained by high-temperature alkaline heating method.The result showed that microwave assisted degumming method can obtain cotton stalk fibers with better spinnability without damaging fiber structure and strength.Microwave assisted cotton stalk fiber had advantages of smaller diameter,better flexibility and higher strength.Its spinnability was significantly better than that of cotton stalk fiber obtained by high-temperature alkaline heating.It is considered that from the point view of spinning application,improvement of diameter and strength of cotton stalk fiber can make up for the lack of structure brittleness.
