摘  要:探讨耐高温超细纤维的研究现状和应用进展。从超细纤维的生产方式和性能特点出发,总结了静电纺丝法、熔喷纺丝法、离心纺丝法、闪蒸纺丝法和火焰喷吹法等耐高温超细纤维生产技术的研究现状,概述了耐高温超细纤维在高温过滤材料、保温隔热材料和传感器材料上的应用情况。认为:耐高温超细纤维的纤维直径、空隙密度对产品性能起着重要作用。Research status and application progress of high temperature resistant superfine fiber were discussed.Starting from production method and property characteristics of superfine fiber,the current research status of high temperature resistant superfine fiber production technologies such as electrostatic spinning,melt spinning,centrifugal spinning,flash spinning and flame blowing spinning were summarized.Application of high temperature resistant superfine fibers in high temperature filter materials,thermal insulation materials and sensor materials was summarized.It is considered that fiber diameter and void density of high temperature resistant superfine fibers play an important role in product property.
