摘 要:小儿行为测听是常用于检测6岁以下小儿听力的主观测听方法,它能反映小儿整个听觉传导通路的功能,是婴幼儿定量检测听力的金标准。该检测是一项很有意义、实用性很强的技术,与电生理测听技术既相互关联又不能相互取代,具有很大的临床应用价值。小儿行为测听包括行为观察测听,视觉强化测听和游戏测听,适用于不同年龄段婴幼儿的听力测试。本文对小儿行为测听的分类、概况、检测方法、优缺点及发展趋势等进行综述,重点介绍了各种小儿行为测听的受试者适用年龄、检测原理及检测方法,并总结其优点和局限性。Pediatric behavioral audiometry is a subjective hearing test which commonly used in children under 6 years old.This test can truly reflect the whole function of the subject’s auditory pathway.Therefore,it is the gold standard for quantitative detection of hearing in infants.This technology is a practical technique with great clinical application value.It is related to electrophysiological audiometry,but they cannot be replaced by each other.Pediatric behavioral audiometry includes behavioral observative audiometry,visual reinforcement audiometry and play audiometry,which are applicable for infants of different age groups.This article reviews the classification,the overview,the detection methods,the advantages and disadvantages,and the development trends of pediatric behavioral audiometry,especially the subjects’applicable age,the test principle,the method,and its advantages and limitations.
