摘　　要：本文针对现代化海战场中潜艇通信系统的功能特性和对潜艇通信保障的军事需求,结合潜艇作战的特殊性,选取对潜通信手段中有代表性的甚低频通信、艇载数据链通信、卫星通信、浮标通信为研究对象,以业务性能指标和战术性能指标为基础,建立评估指标体系,通过专家打分法得到各层指标的权值,选取Matlab为仿真平台建立评价模型,对对潜通信效能进行效能进行评估研究。Aiming at function of the characteristics of submarine and the requirement of submarine communication support in modern sea battlefield,combined with the particularity of submarine operation,selected VLF communication,data link communication,satellite communication and buoy communication,which are representative means of submarine communication as the research objects,based on operation performance indicators and tactical performance indicators,the weight of indicators at each level are obtained by expert scoring method in the paper,and the Matlab is selected as the simulation platform to establish the model to evaluate the communication efficiency of the important communication means in the Submarine Communication System.
