摘  要:为研究Y含量对非化学计量比储氢合金储氢性能的影响,采用中频感应熔炼快淬法、1148 K真空热处理制备合金La3-xYxNi9.1Mn0.5Al0.3(x=1.0~2.2);采用XRD、SEM分析了合金的相结构,测试电化学性能,分析了Y含量对合金相结构及电化学性能的影响。研究表明:La3-xYxNi9.1Mn0.5Al0.3(x=1.0~2.2)相结构由CeNi3与PrCo3等AB3相和Ce2Ni7与Gd2Co7等A2B7相组成。随着Y含量增加,AB3相逐渐减少,A2B7相逐渐增加。x=2.2时,La0.8Y2.2Ni9.1Mn0.5Al0.3合金A2B7相相丰度最高可达94.86%,1 Cmax=329.3 mAh/g、S100=87.7%、HRD900=81.77%。储氢合金La3-xYxNi9.1Mn0.5Al0.3(x=1.0~2.2)氢电极反应速率由氢原子在合金内的扩散速率决定,也是影响其高倍率性能的主要因素。In order to investigate the effect of Y content of non stoichiometric alloy,the AB3.3 type La3-xYxNi9.1Mn0.5Al0.3(x=1.0-2.2)hydrogen storage alloys were prepared by a vacuum induction-quenching process followed by annealing under 1148 degree Kelvin in argon.The effects of Y content on the phase structure and electrochemical properties of the alloys were investigated systematically via X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and electrochemical measurement.The phase structure analysis of the alloys showed that La3-xYxNi9.1Mn0.5Al0.3(x=1.0-2.2)were composed of AB3 phases such as CeNi3 type and PrCo3 type,and A2B7 phases such as Ce2Ni7 and Gd2Co7.With the increasing of Y content,the content of AB3 phases in the alloy reduced,and the content of A2B7 phases increased.When x=2.2,the phase abundance of alloy A2B7 type could reach 94.86%,1 Cmax=329.3 mAh/g,S100=87.7%,HRD900=81.77%.The dynamic performance of the alloy electrode was determined by the diffusion of hydrogen atom in the alloy,which was also the main factor affecting its high rate discharge performance.
