摘  要:G115马氏体耐热钢是钢铁研究总院历时十余年自主研制的新型马氏体耐热钢,是国家630℃先进超超临界燃煤电站示范项目唯一可选材料。利用3.6万t垂直立式挤压机热挤压G115大口径厚壁无缝钢管,针对G115大口径厚壁管制造关键技术展开论述,包括原材料准备、制坯、热挤压成型和热处理,同时对成品钢管进行组织与性能检验,结果表明:钢管表面质量良好,各项指标满足标准要求。目前,该工艺路线已固化,可批量稳定挤压G115钢管,为国家630℃示范电站提供坚实的材料基础。The novel martensitic heat-resistant steel G115 is a new type of martensitic heat-resistant steel developed by Iron and Steel Research Institute for more than ten years.It is the only optional material for the national 630℃ advanced ultra-supercritical coal-fired power plant demonstration project.The hot extrusion of G115 large-diameter thick wall seamless steel tube with 36000 tons vertical extruder was used.The key manufacturing technologies of G115 large-diameter thick wall steel pipe were discussed,including raw material preparation,blank making,hot extrusion forming and heat treatment.At the same time,the microstructure and properties of the finished steel pipe were inspected.The results showed that the surface quality of the steel pipe was good,and the microstructure and properties met the standard requirements.At present,the process has been solidified,and G115 steel pipes can be extruded in batches,providing a solid material foundation for the national 630℃ demonstration power station.
